The Named Account Sales Manager is a key role that oversees Korea Named Accounts through managing senior Named Account Sales Executives. This engaged management role provides direction on account strategy, sales management, and execution to drive business results and meet/exceed financial and business objectives.
Achieve assigned financial targets by guiding team to expand and develop existing named accounts through a direct sales model
Engage and inspire team members to look at near and long-term visions of the accounts by helping to formulate appropriate account strategy
Provide guidance on customer-facing account planning and industry account plans and coach direct reports to improve their plans including, but not limited to, customer ROI, political alignment/executive support, risk identification/mitigation and alignment with ADSK strategy
Deliver timely and accurate forecast of the business. Have in-depth grasp of the business to facilitate weekly, quarterly and annual forecasts
Provide regular customer feedback to the product, industry & strategic marketing teams to help identify product strengths and areas of improvement; working in conjunction with the extended team
Establish strong relationships with finance, sales operations, and legal to stay abreast of things such as financial reporting, deal development, discount approvals, business models, contract negotiations, etc
Coordinate, influence, and orchestrate all the appropriate resources for account and/or opportunity development. Lead the activities of sales team, including hiring, coaching, developing talent, team culture and performance management
Drive sales of the entire ADSK solution to end customers, including Software, Subscription, Consulting and Support
Provide input to senior management on Strategic Business Planning for named accounts
A proven sales track record carrying a quota in a direct large Enterprise sales environment
10 + years working experience, coupled with strong sales process and account planning skills
Strong executive selling and relationship experience
A proven track-record in managing and growing accounts
